PD-2023-2024-TA-Mentor
This course will provide both Mentor Training Activities and Resources to assist with the learning about the mentor process. For the training you will travel through the following modules by clicking on the Mentor Training link above: 1. Mentor Training Introduction 2. Building Trust 3. Teacher Identity: Expectations vs Reality 4. Coaching Language & Techniques After these modules are complete there will be a short knowledge check activity to complete. After reading assigned chapters, teachers and staff are participating in an online Canvas course to share and discuss thoughts and feedback regarding the book The Thales Way. 1-2 chapters are assigned each week and staff share their thoughts and feedback via a discussion post. The goal is for Thales staff to have a deeper understanding of 'The Thales Way' so they can support our school's mission and goals.
